You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the Matador platform are owned by Matador Trading Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Matador Trading Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Matador Trading Technologies is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
